Check-in Process

Register at the ticket machine
Register at the ticket machine and select your pitch and desired length of stay.

Receive your chip card
You will receive a chip card that gives you access to the electricity columns and all sanitary and ancillary facilities.
- 03
Printout & Ostseecard
Place the printout with your departure date behind the windscreen. Your receipt includes the Wi-Fi code and also serves as your Ostseecard.
- 04
Return chip card
Please return the chip card at the machine before your departure.
Card payment only
Only card payment is accepted at the ticket machine. Cash is not accepted.
Early arrival
If you arrive before 08:00, the previous day counts as your arrival day.
No refund for early departure
No refund will be issued for pitch fees already paid if you depart before your booked departure date.
