We warmly welcome you to our motorhome park in Heiligenhafen.
In the interest of all guests, we kindly ask you to be considerate and observe the following rules:
By accepting the pitch services, these house rules are acknowledged and the user undertakes to pay the pitch fee. These house rules and the State Regulation on Camping and Weekend Sites of Schleswig-Holstein form part of the rental agreement.
The pitch fee must be paid at the payment machine. The receipt printout provided for this purpose must be placed clearly visible behind the windscreen on the driver's side.
The site is open year-round and the length of stay is not restricted. The site is not supervised.
Pitches in categories A, B and C are reserved exclusively for motorhomes.
On pitches in category D, VW Transporters / camper vans are also very welcome. Caddys and similar high-roof campers are unfortunately not permitted on our site. Please observe the signage at the entrances.
Parking of trailers and passenger cars is currently not permitted.
The erection of tents and awnings as well as the assembly of separate roof tents is not permitted.
Use of and driving on the site is at your own risk. The German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply. The site area is considered a traffic-calmed zone. The maximum speed on the site is 6 km/h.
Any claims for damages against the operator are excluded.
Please pay attention to the allocation of pitches. The location of the pitches is shown on the overview plan in the check-in area. Reserving pitches is not permitted.
Order and cleanliness are self-evident duties of all users of the site. Pitches and facilities must be treated with care. The pitch must be left in a proper condition upon departure.
Waste of any kind must be disposed of exclusively in the waste bins provided for this purpose.
Open fire is prohibited throughout the entire site. An exception is the designated barbecue area in the central area of the site.
As a pet owner, please ensure that other guests are not disturbed. Dogs of all sizes must be kept on a lead at all times on the site. Dogs that are classified as dangerous within the meaning of the Law on the Prevention and Defence of Dangers posed by Dogs (Dangerous Dogs Act – GefHG) cannot be tolerated on the site.
The use of electricity generators is not permitted. If required, please use the chargeable electricity posts.
Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours and avoid noise that disturbs the peace. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Fireworks and bangers are prohibited on the motorhome site and must not be ignited.
To maintain order, the exercise of a trade and any kind of sales on the site without the operator's permission are prohibited.
Particular dangers can arise in extreme weather conditions. Our site is located directly on the Binnensee Heiligenhafen, whose water level is connected to that of the Baltic Sea. It may therefore be affected by flooding events. Please inform yourself about current and expected weather conditions via our notices and warnings in the check-in area, and take appropriate flood protection measures.
Instructions from the operator's representatives must be followed, in particular regarding the positioning of vehicles. The operator and their representatives, in the exercise of their house rights, are entitled to remove persons from the site if this is necessary to maintain order on the site and in the interest of other guests.
Please vacate the site by 2:00 pm on the day of departure.
Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available within the motorhome site. A Wi-Fi ticket can be obtained at check-in. Users must register with the respective hotspot provider.
For fire safety reasons, we kindly ask you to reverse into your pitch.
